Refund Policy

Because AI-HeadShot.net provides digital products that are delivered instantly, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, if you experience a quality issue with the generated results (such as corrupted output, missing deliverables, or the service failing to produce usable images), you may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Refunds are only issued for verifiable quality problems.

2. To request a refund, you must send an email to Support@AI-HeadShot.net with:

   A description of the issue

   Evidence or screenshots demonstrating the quality problem

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will issue a refund promptly.

Refund requests that do not provide sufficient evidence or are based solely on user preference (e.g., “I don’t like the style”) will not be eligible.

Use of Service

1. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

1. You retain all rights to the photos you upload to AI-HeadShot.net.
2. By uploading photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your photos for the purpose of providing our services.
3. You must only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to use and share.
4. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

The AI-HeadShot.net service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI-HeadShot.net and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

AI-HeadShot.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Prohibited Content

Users may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates applicable regulations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual or pornographic content
• Content involving minors
• Violence or extreme gore
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Impersonation or deepfake content intended to mislead others
• Content depicting public figures, celebrities, or private individuals without authorization

Prohibition of Deepfake and Impersonation

The Service may not be used to create deepfake content, impersonations, or misleading representations of real individuals.

Users are strictly prohibited from generating images that depict public figures, celebrities, or identifiable private individuals without explicit authorization.

Any attempt to present AI-generated images as real photographs of an identifiable person is forbidden.

User Image Ownership & Authorization

By uploading any image to the Service, the user represents and warrants that they:

• Are the individual depicted in the image, or
• Have obtained explicit permission from the individual depicted, and
• Have full legal rights to upload and use the image for AI processing.

The user assumes full legal responsibility for any images uploaded and any content generated using the Service.

AI-HeadShot.net shall not be liable for any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from unauthorized image use or portrait rights violations.

No Unauthorized Use of Third-Party Images

Users may not upload images of other individuals, including but not limited to private persons, celebrities, or public figures, without proper authorization.

The Service may not be used to create content that infringes upon the portrait rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party.

Prohibition of Impersonation & Deepfake Use

The Service may not be used to create deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading representations of real individuals.

Any attempt to falsely represent generated images as real photographs of an identifiable individual is strictly prohibited.

User-uploaded images are not used to train or improve our AI models.

Generated images are not intended for use in passports, identification cards, or other official documents.

Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above.

We do not knowingly collect, process, or generate images involving minors. Any content suspected to involve minors will be removed immediately.

AI Output Disclaimer

All images generated by the Service are produced by automated artificial intelligence systems and are provided on an “as-is” basis.

The user assumes full responsibility for the use, distribution, and consequences of any generated content.

Content Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We do not knowingly collect, process, or generate images involving minors. Any such content will be removed immediately upon discovery.

Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.
